McManis Faulkner has elevated Tyler Atkinson to partner.

Atkinson represents individuals, closely held businesses and Fortune 500 companies in a variety of civil cases and complex disputes. He also frequently assists in crisis management, counseling corporate and executive clients in sensitive matters that require careful handling.
In addition to his practice, Atkinson serves as the managing attorney for the Legal Counseling Office, Associated Students of Stanford University. He is a member of the Civil Practice Committee of the Santa Clara County Bar Association and the University of California, Santa Cruz Alumni Association. Atkinson has served as an adjunct Professor of Remedies at Lincoln Law School of San Jose and has presented several seminars to the county bar and legal organizations, including programs on eDiscovery and trial preparation.
Atkinson has been named a Northern California Rising Star by Super Lawyers (2013-2015). He received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame Law School (2008) and his B.A., with honors and Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of California, Santa Cruz (2004).
