Brandon Rose Named a Family Law Trailblazer by the National Law Journal

Brandon RoseMcManis Faulkner congratulates partner Brandon Rose who was named to The National Law Journal’s inaugural “Family Law Trailblazers” list. The National Law Journal is a leading legal industry publication and part of the Law.com/ALM (American Lawyer Media) family.

The National Law Journal’s “Family Law Trailblazers” award recognizes attorneys nationwide who have made significant marks on the practice, policy and technological advancement of family law.

In its reporting of the honor, the National Law Journal covered Rose’s background and the start of his family law career, noting his background in civil and business litigation and experience setting and trying cases. Rose touts McManis Faulkner’s trial expertise and diverse range of practice groups, saying the firm’s lawyers collaborate “to leverage our experience to handle the most complex family law matters.” Rose’s profile concludes with his commitment to upholding the firms core principles to give clients confidence that they will be heard and receive practical family law advice.

Chair of McManis Faulkner’s award-winning Family Law Group, Rose is a certified Family Law specialist, handling complex family law matters and resolving property and business disputes, as well as contested child custody and support issues. He is a member of the Santa Clara County Bar Association Family Law Section and served on its COVID-19 Taskforce, which seeks to improve legal operations during the current pandemic. Rose serves as a Judge Pro Tem for the San Mateo County Superior Court’s “Divorce in a Day” Program, which helps self-represented litigants obtain a judgment of divorce or legal separation. 

Rose has been named a “Top Family Lawyer” by the Daily Journal and a “Rising Star” by Northern California Super Lawyers magazine from 2017-2020. he received his J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School (2009) and his B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles (2004). Between college and law school, Rose taught English in Japan.
